Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a food manufacturing company in Scottsdale. This organization is in search of some contract help on their Accounts Receivable team. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully onsite.
The hourly rate is between $23/hr-$25/hr.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a critical role in managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely collections—particularly in a B2B environment. This is a fully onsite position that requires strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post customer payments accurately and on time
- Generate and send customer invoices
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on B2B accounts with outstanding balances
- Conduct regular collection calls and emails to business clients
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain detailed and organized AR records and documentation
- Assist with month-end closing tasks related to AR
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, including B2B collections
- Experience in manufacturing or the food industry is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
