We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and abackgroundin manufacturing or production. This role involves assembly, inspection, and use of various tools in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm)Pay: $18/hour
Responsibilities
- Assemble sub-components of motors
- Pack parts for shipping
- Pick items for production
- Complete quality checks
- Clean and prepare metal parts to eliminate oil used to prevent rust during shipping
- Read and follow detailed instructions
Essential Skills
- Previous production experience within manufacturing
- Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
- Ability to read a computer screen
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
