Join our Aerospace division as a 1st Shift Assembler, where you will contribute to the manufacturing, testing, and inspection of aluminum heat pipes. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4:30 PM, with every other Friday off. This role is integral to ensuring our high-quality standards are met in the production process.
Responsibilities
- Assist the machine operator by selecting the correct program and initiating machine operations.
- Oversee the saw operation to ensure aluminum pipes are cut to precise specifications and receive training on the aluminum bending process.
- Handle aluminum pipes carefully, conducting thorough cleaning according to exact specifications.
- Perform leak testing and inspections to maintain quality control.
- Engage in hands-on sanding and polishing duties at the sanding station, ensuring each aluminum heat pipe meets quality standards.
Essential Skills
- High level of attention to detail, particularly in small parts assembly or machining.
- Experience with assembly, brazing, inspection, soldering, and machine shop operations.
- Ability to handle expensive materials with care and precision.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 – $20.00/hr.
