1:1 Care Paraeducator in Coldwater, MI (Hiring Immediately)

Qualifications:

• Valid ETS ParaPro Assessment certification or an Associate's degree with relevant experience
• Strong understanding of student needs and individualized support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff
• Reliable transportation to and from the school

Location:Coldwater, MI

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized support to students requiring one-on-one assistance
• Collaborate with educational staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assist students with daily activities and learning tasks
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
