Responsibilities
- Servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks for a range of light vehicles.
- Manage stock, reporting, and keep customer conversations flowing.
- Think on your feet to make the right call for each customer; adapt to different fixes, faces, and challenges every day.
- Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at driveways, office car parks, and other sites, with RAC support and equipment provided from day one.
Qualifications
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years’ hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
Role Details
40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays. You will operate in a mobile capacity, delivering services with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit provided. We emphasise independence, career progression, and work-life balance.
