Key Responsibilities

  • Work between 06:00 and 02:00, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays; respond to calls across the year and receive your roster seven days in advance with core working hours confirmed three days prior.
  • Diagnose faults, provide flat‑tyre or battery repairs, and perform other light vehicle maintenance tasks; manage your own kit, keep your van stocked and handle your reports with precision.
  • Use technical, electrical and diagnostic knowledge to find the right fix, support each member, and keep everyone moving; remain calm under pressure, quick to connect, and confident in your craft.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
  • Customer‑focused approach and a full UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to work at short notice, travel and potentially overnight stays.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay of £55,869 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance if applicable), with the opportunity to earn up to £61,000.
