You’ll work from home, tackling diverse roadside challenges and delivering quick, confident solutions while maintaining a high standard of member service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults on the roadside, including battery issues, tyre changes, and complex fault‑finding tasks.
- Provide emergency breakdown support and ensure members receive timely assistance and reassurance.
- Maintain and inspect risk vehicles, tools, and diagnostic kits, ensuring all equipment is in safe and functional condition.
- Document all work performed and update the RAC system with detailed notes on repairs and parts used.
- Collaborate with dispatch and support teams to coordinate call‑outs and share information on roadside incidents.
- Demonstrate strong customer‑focused communication skills, acting as a proud ambassador for the RAC.
Qualifications
