Here, you'll deliver planned, structured repairs and servicing directly to our members, whether at their driveway or workplace car park.

Your Role in the SMR Division

  • Planned Appointments: No emergency callouts or unpredictable shifts – just a clear digital schedule of pre-booked jobs.
  • Quality Work: Carry out routine servicing, diagnostics, in-depth repairs, and vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards.
  • Supportive Environment: You'll have a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and advanced diagnostics tools at your disposal.

What You'll Need

  • A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
  • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
