Responsibilities
- Provide fault diagnostics, flat tyre or battery replacements, and other roadside assistance.
- Manage your own kit, keep your van stocked and handle reports with precision.
- Read situation, make the call, find the right fix, support each member and keep everyone moving.
- Handle calls-out in a calm, customer‑focused manner, maintaining a proud RAC ambassador role.
Qualifications
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
