Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician. You’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. Start and finish on your driveway with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week and optional overtime. You’ll be provided with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit.

What you’ll need:
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent), with post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
- A customer-focused approach
- A full UK driving licence
Responsibilities:
- Provide roadside repair, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support for RAC members
- Diagnose faults and perform quick, confident solutions on site, including flat batteries, tyre changes, and other mechanical issues
- Deliver outstanding member service while maintaining safety and professionalism
