A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with proven technical, electrical and diagnostic experience and a full UK driving licence is required. The role is that of a Roadside Technician within our Patrol division, delivering expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quick, confident solutions for flat battery, tyre change, and complex fault‑finding tasks.
- Offer support and reassurance when members need it most, tackling challenges from home and combining technical expertise with outstanding member service.
Qualifications
- Customer‑focused approach and a proven problem‑solving mindset.
- Strong technical skill set in mechanical, electrical and diagnostic areas.
- Must be a people person, calm under pressure, confident in craft, and dedicated to solving and planning fixes on the spot.

Swindon, Wiltshire. Full‑time, full day starts and ends at home with daily call‑outs across the UK.
