A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with proven technical, electrical and diagnostic experience and a full UK driving licence is required. The role is that of a Roadside Technician within our Patrol division, delivering expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quick, confident solutions for flat battery, tyre change, and complex fault‑finding tasks.
  • Offer support and reassurance when members need it most, tackling challenges from home and combining technical expertise with outstanding member service.

Qualifications

  • Customer‑focused approach and a proven problem‑solving mindset.
  • Strong technical skill set in mechanical, electrical and diagnostic areas.
  • Must be a people person, calm under pressure, confident in craft, and dedicated to solving and planning fixes on the spot.

Location & Hours

Swindon, Wiltshire. Full‑time, full day starts and ends at home with daily call‑outs across the UK.
