As a Roadside Technician with a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least two years of post‑qualification technical, electrical and diagnostic experience, you will provide quick, confident solutions when members experience vehicle breakdowns.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
  • Tackle challenges head‑on while maintaining a positive member experience and providing reassurance during roadside incidents.
  • Start and finish your day from home, working demand‑led shifts averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime.

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
  • Minimum two years’ post‑qualification experience in technical, electrical and diagnostic work.
  • Customer‑focused approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
