RAC is seeking a Roadside Mechanic to join the Reading/Oxford clusters, covering Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Henley-on-Thames and more across the UK. You will diagnose faults, perform roadside repairs, and assist members, starting and ending each day from home with a RAC van and full toolkit.
The role offers a market-competitive base salary of £42,921.87 (incl. night allowance) plus an average OTE of £43,000–£53,000, with opportunities for enhanced overtime and bonuses.
