Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of RAC's SEO strategy across key products and services, ensuring activity aligns with wider commercial objectives.
- Supporting management and executing an SEO roadmap covering on-page, off-page and technical initiatives, working closely with internal teams and agency partners.
- Monitoring and reporting on SEO performance across a defined product set, tracking KPIs and clearly communicating progress and impact.
- Identifying growth opportunities through data‑led insights, providing actionable recommendations to increase organic visibility and traffic.
- Using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush and Ahrefs to analyse performance trends, competitor activity and search opportunities.
- Supporting the monitoring of the technical health of the RAC domain, working with internal teams to improve crawlability, indexation and overall site performance.
- Managing relevant budgetary and compliance processes, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and approvals secured in a timely manner.
- Building strong working relationships across the wider Performance Marketing team, ensuring SEO activity is aligned with paid media, content and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in SEO or digital marketing (agency or in‑house).
- Keen interest in organic search and digital performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with SEO tools is a bonus; training will be provided if necessary.
