You'll be part of the Harlow cluster, covering areas like Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Waltham Abbey, Epping, Hoddesdon. You'll be on the road in your local area, working through a clearly planned schedule of appointments - no reactive callouts, just organised, pre-booked work where you can focus on doing the job properly. Your day starts with a clear digital schedule. Each job is pre-booked, with the member expecting you. From day one, you'll have everything you need: a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, full tool set and advanced diagnostics. You'll use your technical skill and problem‑solving ability to get people moving again; safely, quickly and confidently.

- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
- Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Compensation and benefits:
- A competitive base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on‑target earnings of up to £57,000
- A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities
- 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays
- Pay up to £57,000, with the ability to increase earnings through bonuses and premium‑rate overtime
- Guaranteed overtime at £30 per hour; one extra day per month could earn you £3,000 more per year, two extra days could give an extra £5,000
- Tools and equipment: fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, full tool set and advanced diagnostics
