Responsibilities
- Serve customers on their driveways, diagnosing and repairing light vehicles.
- Manage stock, perform reporting and handle customer communication.
- Think on your feet and make the right call for each customer, providing advice and support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
Compensation
A competitive base salary of £38,625, with on‑target earnings of up to £50,000. A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities. Opt‑in guaranteed overtime after your first month: extra rest days at £30 per hour, potentially £3,000–£5,000 extra per year.
