Key Responsibilities
- Provide mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
- Handle a range of tasks, from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault finding.
- Deliver quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during roadside incidents.
- Start and finish the day at home, completing calls efficiently and safely.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
- Customer‑focused approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must be self‑motivated, able to think on feet, and calm under pressure.
