Calls are organized locally so you can start and finish at home while delivering quick, confident roadside repair and diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Provide mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
- Handle flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault‑finding.
- Start and finish the day at home, managing calls efficiently.
- Deliver strong customer service and reassurance to members in need.
Qualifications
- Level 2 (or equivalent) light vehicle maintenance qualification with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
- Customer‑focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
