You know how to read a situation. Our Roadside Mechanics are trusted to make the call; find the right fix, support each member, and keep everyone moving. Qualifications & Requirements

  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
  • A customer‑focused approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays, if necessary.

What you'll do

You will support members in dynamic environments, provide roadside assistance, and ensure timely, quality service. You'll use your technical skills to diagnose and repair vehicle issues, manage your tools and equipment, and maintain accurate reports.

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: £50,669 basic salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £57,000.
  • Weekly variety: over 40 hours per week across the year, with your roster seven days in advance and core hours confirmed three days prior.
  • Shift work 06:00–02:00, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Strong base pay £50,669 per year, with bonuses and overtime up to £57,000.
