Responsibilities
- Work an average of 40 hours per week, typically between 06:00 and 02:00, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults using technical, electrical, and diagnostic skills.
- Provide roadside assistance – flat tyres, flat batteries, and other emergent issues.
- Maintain and manage your own kit and van, ensuring it is stocked and ready for service.
- Record and submit detailed call‑out reports accurately.
- Communicate with team members and support colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.
- Travel to call‑outs across a wide area and stay overnight if required.
Qualifications
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
