As a Roadside Technician within our Patrol division, you will deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
You will start and end your day at home, tackling a variety of challenges and providing quick, confident solutions when our members need help most.
Location
You will be part of the Reading cluster, covering Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Henley‑on‑Thames, Crowthorne, and Sandhurst.
You will also be part of the Oxford cluster, covering Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot, Wantage, Witney, Bicester, and Thame.
Qualifications & Skills
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
- Customer‑focused approach and strong communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
Provide roadside repair for flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault finding.
Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot on‑the‑spot issues, offer reassurance to customers, and ensure safe and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of roadside safety.
