Key responsibilities
- Service, diagnostics, repairs, and checks—every day is a little different.
- Manage your stock, handle reporting, and keep customer conversations flowing.
- Think on your feet and make the right call for each customer.
- Deliver first‑class service directly to customers on driveways, office car parks, or anywhere else you’re called—without the constraints of a traditional garage.
Qualifications
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
What’s on the table?
- A competitive base salary of £38 625, with on‑target earnings up to £55 000 (inclusive of London weighting allowance, if applicable).
- A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to ÂŁ44 385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
- 40 hours per week, core hours 8:30 am – 5 pm, and one in four Saturdays.
- Earnings that motivate— enjoy a market‑competitive base salary of £38 625, with the opportunity to increase your earnings up to £50 000 through bonuses and premium‑rate overtime.
- Opt‑in guaranteed overtime— after your first month, you can choose to work extra rest days at £30 per hour. One extra day a month could earn you £3 000 more per year on top of your base salary; two extra days could give you an extra £5 000.
