As a Roadside Technician, you’ll start and finish your day at home, tackling challenges head-on and delivering reliable roadside repair and diagnostics across the country. You’ll be equipped with an RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit.

As a member of our Patrol division, you’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support. Whether it’s a flat battery, tyre change or complex fault-finding, you’ll provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance when our members need it most. You’ll tackle a wide variety of tasks on the road, working independently and communicating with customers and team members.
