Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle inspections following established procedures, reporting findings via a PDA report template
- Complete used vehicle condition reports
- Collaborate with team members to maintain daily site inspections
- Engage with customer contacts to ensure high quality service delivery
Qualifications
- An NVQ Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
- Comprehensive mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- An understanding of vehicle diagnostics, software updates, and electric/hybrid vehicles (advantageous)
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels
- A full UK driving licence
