Flexible hours: Mon-Fri 08:00-19:00, Sat 09:00-17:00 - no Sundays!
Salary: Competitive base of £27,805.99 with the potential to boost your earnings up to £35,000
Training: 3 weeks full-time (Mon-Fri)
What you'll be doing:
- Taking inbound calls from RAC members looking to renew or discuss their breakdown cover
- Delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs and retain their membership
- Promoting the benefits of RAC breakdown Cover and highlighting our value versus competitors
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring every interaction is customer-focused
