RAC is seeking a Superflex Roadside Mechanic to join the Cheltenham cluster, covering Gloucester and nearby towns.
You’ll diagnose faults, perform repairs on the roadside, and be trusted to manage your own toolkit and van while keeping members mobile in a dynamic environment.
You’ll work shifts across early mornings to late evenings, with a 40-hour average per week and a 6:00–02:00 window. Competitive base salary with potential to earn up to £57,000.
