There are no emergency callouts, no unpredictable shift patterns and no roadside recoveries. Instead, you'll work through a scheduled list of jobs with the time, tools and support you need to do quality work. You’ll be part of the Guildford cluster, covering areas such as Guildford, Woking, Farnham, Camberley, Aldershot, Fleet, Godalming, Haslemere and Lightwater. You’ll be on the road in your local area, tackling a clearly planned schedule of appointments – no reactive callouts, just organised pre‑booked work where you can focus on doing the job properly.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing.
- Use advanced mobile equipment for diagnostics.
- Perform in‑depth repairs that would normally be completed in a workshop.
- Provide members with advice and recommendations based on your inspection.
- Conduct vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards.
Qualifications
- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
- Minimum two years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than six points.

- Competitive base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on‑target earnings up to £57,000.
