Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
- Respond to faults such as flat battery, tyre change, or complex fault‑finding.
- Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members.
- Work from home at the start and end of each day, attending local calls within the Bournemouth cluster (Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Wimborne, Ringwood, Wareham, Swanage).
- Operate own RAC van, fuel card, uniform, tools and diagnostic kit supplied.
- Maintain high customer‑focused service and handle varied roadside challenges safely and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Customer‑focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
