What You’ll Do
- Start and finish your day from your driveway, working demand‑led shifts averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime.
- Provide quick, confident roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
- Tackle a range of tasks from flat battery and tyre change to complex fault‑finding, delivering reassurance to members.
- Use your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit.
What You’ll Need
- Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years’ post‑qualification technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A customer‑focused approach, problem‑solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

- Competitive base salary of £41,600 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance) with realistic OTE of £66,000; top performers can earn more via bonuses and overtime rates.
