What You’ll Do

  • Start and finish your day from your driveway, working demand‑led shifts averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime.
  • Provide quick, confident roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
  • Tackle a range of tasks from flat battery and tyre change to complex fault‑finding, delivering reassurance to members.
  • Use your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years’ post‑qualification technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • A customer‑focused approach, problem‑solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
