As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, you will provide the adaptability and support our service requires. You will work variable shifts, respond to roadside emergencies, diagnose and repair vehicle issues, manage your own tools and van, and report accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Work an average of 40 hours per week across the year, with shifts ranging from 06:00 to 02:00, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Provide fault diagnostics and repair for a variety of vehicles on the roadside.
  • Maintain and stock your own van, tools, and diagnostic kit.
  • Prepare and submit accurate service reports.
  • Make decisions on-the-fly, providing the best solution while keeping members moving.
  • Communicate calmly under pressure and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice and with overnight travel if required.
