RAC are on the lookout for an Admin Assistant who will support the Technology Operations team with administration tasks involved in Technology procurement, Vendor Management and Asset Management. We arelooking for a self-driven person who is well organized, has excellent attention to detail and is curious and questioning. Training will be given however you will need to beproficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel &Power Point) and be comfortable juggling several tasks. Any knowledge of ITIL processes would be an advantage but not essential. The role is based in Bradley Stoke , working hybrid hours as part of a small friendly team where your main duties will be to manage the schedule of contract renewals and track spend against budget for allocated suppliers. You will be required to produce quarterly reports to highlight any saving or overspend against defined budgets.
