At the heart of Raby Castle sits The Vinery — a stunning glasshouse café within the Castle, Park and Gardens. We’re looking for a passionate Barista to join our lively Food & Beverage team, delivering exceptional coffee and warm hospitality across a truly unique estate. From crafting beautiful coffee in The Vinery to supporting pop-up venues in the Dutch Barn, Riding School and Castle, this is a varied role in an inspiring setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and drinks at speed and to a consistently high standard
- Prepare and serve fresh, locally sourced food
- Deliver friendly, efficient service in busy café, kiosk and event settings
- Support estate events, from intimate teas to large-scale pop-ups
- Sell refreshments, tickets and retail items with strong product knowledge
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and safety

- A love of coffee!
- A skilled, high-volume Barista with expert coffee knowledge
- A natural host who values outstanding customer service
- Flexible, adaptable and calm under pressure
