As a result of internal movement and area growth we are seeking a new Rural Manager or Senior Rural Manager to join our Horsham team. We are looking for people who have a passion for regional Australia that are:

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Area Manager.
- Manage a portfolio of rural clients, in accordance with bank and branch goals for profitability, client satisfaction, and credit quality.
- Be relationship‑driven, focusing on how to add value to the client portfolio through innovative ideas and passion for the rural sector.
- Grow the client base through advocacy and use of community and business networks.
- Collaborate with the internal relationship management team to support existing and new clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in banking (agriculture preferred) account management or similar rural account management role.
- Farming or agriculture experience, looking to transition into agribusiness banking.
- Proven experience and enjoyment in building, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of clients.
- Proven ability to achieve high levels of customer service.
- Credit and financial analysis skills.
- A desire to make a difference and a passion for success.
- Ambition to learn and grow further.
- Residing in Horsham or surroundings and well connected in the community, or willing to relocate.
