Project Manager to work in close partnership with our Programme Manager to deliver this expanding portfolio.
Our success to date has been built on consistently high levels of delivery performance, reflected in a 97% customer satisfaction score. This role will play a key part in ensuring that, as RCS scales, delivery excellence remains one of the main reasons clients choose us to deliver their critically important projects.
This is a hands-on project delivery role for someone who can bring structure, pace, clarity and control to complex client projects.
What you’ll be responsible for
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for mobilising and managing projects both internally and with clients, ensuring that work is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Mobilising projects internally and with client teams
- Driving project delivery, including sourcing and coordinating the required project resources
- Supporting budget management and financial tracking
- Managing risks, issues and dependencies
- Managing requirements, scope and change control
- Controlling project quality
- Producing clear, accurate and timely reporting
- Supporting stakeholder management across RCS and client organisations
What you’ll be doing day to day
You will take ownership of the core project management documentation and processes required to deliver successful outcomes.
This will include:
- Developing and owning the project plan
- Managing inputs to the budgeting tool and budget management process
- Developing and owning the quality plan
- Developing and maintaining risk, issue and dependency logs
- Developing and owning the stakeholder plan
- Developing and maintaining the scope document
- Leading project meetings, including minute-taking and circulation of actions
- Producing and sharing project reports
- Interacting regularly with the delivery team and key stakeholders
- Supporting the lessons learnt process and associated continuous improvement activity
About you

- Ensure project processes are followed consistently

- Identify and help resolve anything that could impact delivery

You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to keep projects moving even when priorities, requirements or risks change.

Experience we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing projects in a client-facing environment
- Strong project planning, governance and reporting skills
- Experience managing scope, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and delivery teams
- Strong written communication skills, including minutes, reports and project documentation
- The ability to turn complexity into clear plans, actions and decisions
- A calm, organised and delivery-focused approach
Experience working in consulting, professional services, transformation, technology, infrastructure or another complex project delivery environment would be beneficial.
