Your new opportunity:

RAA's Roadside Assistance Centre is growing — and we've got multiple Call Centre Consultant roles up for grabs. You'll be the first friendly voice our members and clients hear when their car breaks down. Reporting to the Team Manager, you'll turn a stressful moment into a calm, sorted one.

You will:

  • Answer member and client calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Deliver top-tier service that keeps members coming back
  • Solve problems on the spot, minimising escalations
  • Collaborate with your team and help drive better ways of working
  • Hit monthly KPIs and call quality standards

About you:

You're confident, self-motivated and thrive in a high-performing team. You've also got:

  • A knack for fast-paced call centre work
  • Sharp attention to detail and solid multitasking skills
  • A professional phone manner with genuine empathy
  • Good knowledge of Adelaide metro and SA country areas
  • Solid MS Office and database/data-entry skills
  • Excellent communication and a natural flair for great customer service

Please note: this role involves a rotating roster, including shifts and weekend work.
