Salary: £12.95 per hour
Contract: 16-hour weekly guaranteed minimum. Working across venues that have a 7 day a week operation.
We're always on the lookout for enthusiastic Baristas to join our fantastic, busy catering team at RHS Garden Wisley on a flexible, zero-hour basis. As a Barista, you will be part of a hard-working, friendly team who all have the same goal - to deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors.
RHS Garden Wisley covers 240 acres and is open all year round. There are multiple food outlets on site, ranging from a restaurant to cafés. A successful Barista will play a key front-of-house role, creating a welcoming and positive experience for every visitor.
You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Handling transactions
- Maintaining clean and inviting service areas
- Ensuring all health, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently upheld
