Your Role:

As our Head Chef, you'll be a culinary ambassador for RA Venues, driving innovation and excellence in food quality, presentation, and style. You'll work closely with our catering team to ensure every dish is a masterpiece while maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and direct food preparation and cooking to enhance our quality reputation.
  • Take a hands-on approach to food production, covering employee dining and pop-up events.
  • Lead a passionate team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations.
  • Monitor kitchen costs and implement budgetary controls.
