About the Role: As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations across Create Centre, Central Library, and City Hall, ensuring exceptional dining experiences that celebrate the uniqueness of these iconic locations. You'll lead a diverse and dynamic food operation, which includes:
- A bustling grab & go café for busy city-goers
- A vibrant assisted-service bistro offering fresh, modern dishes
- High-profile events and banqueting services for up to 500 guests, where you'll showcase your creativity and culinary expertise
