Our clients, a busy Law practice in the City of London, are expanding and seeking to appoint a Qualified Lawyer as a consultant on their team for a project due to start in May 2026, that they will be advising on.
The Lawyer should have expertise in negotiating and drafting:
- Energy Power Purchasing Agreements
- Mining services
- Offtake agreements
- Engineering Procurement Contracts
You will have around 5 years' experience in the above and, along with the technical knowledge, have excellent relationship skills with superb written and verbal communication.
The project is for around 6 months; however, it could be extended if need be. Great salary and benefits for the right candidates.
