Our clients, a busy law practice in the City of London, are expanding and seeking to appoint a qualified lawyer with mining services knowledge and energy power purchasing agreements expertise as a consultant on their team for a project due to start in May 2026. The lawyer must have expertise in negotiating and drafting energy power purchasing agreements, mining services, and offtake agreements, with proven recent experience.
You will have around 5 years' experience in the above and, along with the technical knowledge, possess excellent relationship skills with superb English written and verbal communication.
The project is for around 6 months; however, it could be extended if needed. Great salary and benefits for the right candidates. Please note - this role is fully remote with the head office based in London.
