What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Support pupils with Autism (ASC), SEMH, ADHD, Complex Needs and Learning Difficulties
- Lead whole-class learning and small group interventions
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and school leaders
- Create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Adapt learning to meet individual pupil needs

- An experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- A Cover Supervisor looking to work within specialist education

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an HLTA or within a school setting
- Confidence managing classroom behaviour and leading learning
- A caring, patient and positive approach to supporting young people
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Flexibility to work across schools in Medway and Swale
- A genuine passion for helping every child reach their potential
