What We Offer * £110–£160 per day * Flexible work from 1–5 days per week * Daily supply, short-term and long-term opportunities * Primary and secondary school placements * Opportunities to lead learning and deliver lessons * General classroom, PPA cover and intervention opportunities * SEND, 1:1 and specialist support roles * Opportunities across Medway and Swale What We're Looking For We're interested in hearing from HLTAs and experienced education professionals who have: * HLTA status or significant experience working at Higher Level Teaching Assistant level * Experience working within a primary or secondary school * Confidence leading lessons and supporting classroom learning * Strong behaviour management skills * Experience delivering interventions or supporting small groups * The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider school team * Excellent communication and organisational skills * A reliable, professional and adaptable approach * A genuine passion for helping children and young people succeed We'd also like to hear from experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Cover Supervisors and education professionals who are ready to take on greater responsibility.
