We are looking for a Key Account Coordinator to join our team, with a focus on managing and supporting our key commercial accounts. This is a vital role for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely service delivery, and providing smooth coordination between clients and our service teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for key commercial accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and account management.
  • Use client portals and internal systems to manage work orders, service requests, and account records.
  • Collaborate with the service team to plan and schedule maintenance, servicing, and empties for clients.
  • Efficiently manage the service calendar to optimise resource allocation and minimise downtime.
  • Communicate with clients to arrange suitable appointments, confirm scheduling, and provide updates.
  • Monitor service requests, prioritising urgent or time‑sensitive tasks appropriately.
  • Coordinate with field engineers to ensure they have the correct details, resources, and documentation for each appointment.
  • Update and maintain service databases and client records, including service history and compliance documentation.
  • Address scheduling conflicts or unforeseen issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account activity, service performance, and client satisfaction.

Requirements
