The Role
Working alongside the Contract Manager and engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of a busy Hard FM contract. You will be responsible for maintaining CAFM systems, coordinating planned maintenance, supporting compliance, and providing administrative support to ensure high service standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating the CAFM system
- Scheduling planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Assisting with compliance documentation and audits
- Providing general administrative support to the team
