We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FM service provider, working within a state-of-the-art commercial office building local to Tottenham Court Road.

The Role
You will be part of the on-site maintenance team, carrying out mechanical maintenance across the building and ensuring all plant and equipment remains operational and maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns Mechanical maintenance across HVAC, pumps, valves and associated building services Identifying and resolving faults across mechanical systems Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard Supporting the wider engineering team when required About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a mechanical maintenance/FM environment Strong mechanical building services knowledge Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications Experience carrying out both PPM and reactive maintenance A proactive approach to fault finding and maintenance Good communication and customer service skills What's On Offer?
