An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Shift Plumber to join the on-site team at a commercial facility in West Sussex. This is a great chance to secure a long-term, static role offering strong training, progression, and overtime opportunities within a supportive engineering environment.
What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across plumbing building services systems.
- Perform repairs on pipework, valves, pumps, drainage systems, sanitary ware, and associated mechanical plant.
- Undertake fault finding and diagnose issues to ensure systems remain safe and operational.
- Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests, completing works efficiently to minimise disruption.
- Support general building services maintenance and assist the wider engineering team when required.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any follow-on works.
What you'll bring:
- City & Guilds / NVQ in a Plumbing discipline.
- Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments.
