Position: FM Contract Manager
Location: City of London
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

A well-established facilities maintenance provider is seeking an experienced and client-focused FM Contract Manager to lead operations at a state-of-the-art smart building in the City of London. This flagship site requires a forward-thinking manager with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for day-to-day contract delivery across the site
- Ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed in line with SLAs and KPIs
- Management and supervision of on-site engineering and support teams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews
- Financial management of the contract including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Identify and implement service improvements, efficiencies, and innovations
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control of third-party services
- Conduct regular audits, reports, and performance reviews
- Leverage building management systems (BMS) to optimise building performance and proactively resolve issues
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as an FM Contract Manager in a high-end or corporate building environment
- Solid understanding of P&L management and budget control
- Strong technical background, ideally from an engineering discipline (mechanical or electrical)
- Excellent leadership and client management skills
- Strong BMS knowledge or experience is highly desirable
- In-depth understanding of compliance, H&S, and building services operations
