A leading facilities management provider is seeking a reliable and hands-on Night Shift Maintenance Technician to join their on-site team at a commercial facility in West London. This is a static role offering long-term stability, structured shifts, and excellent opportunities for training and career progression.
What you'll do:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site during night operations.
- Undertake fault finding on building services systems to ensure minimal disruption and continued operation.
- Perform basic plumbing duties including leak repairs, clearing blockages, replacing valves, and general pipework maintenance.
- Support mechanical maintenance tasks such as pump checks, AHU inspections, and basic plant room monitoring.
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures and statutory requirements.
- Accurately log all works completed and report any issues requiring further attention.
What you'll bring:
- C&G or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (desirable) or relevant industry experience.
- Experience within commercial buildings or facilities maintenance environments.
