A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Night Shift Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a commercial static site in the West End. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional environment with genuine training, progression, and overtime opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems.
  • Perform fault finding and repairs on systems including HVAC plant, lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and general plant equipment.
  • Ensure all systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance requirements.
  • Respond to breakdowns and out-of-hours issues, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
  • Assist with minor works, system improvements, and general maintenance tasks across the site.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.

What you'll bring:

  • City & Guilds / NVQ in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
  • Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across electrical and/or mechanical systems.
